Food Science & Technology Laboratory is the provincial key construction laboratory, and it also is “523 Key Laboratory Construction Project” in our university. There are many special lab including food analytics, food microbiology, food-making process laboratory, edible biomass material chemistry, food chemistry and engineering, processing and storage technology of food, ecological food and biotechnology, research and development of food products, and study of health foods, etc. Among these departments, the equipment of process engineering laboratory making protein drinking, albumen powder and baking food has reached to an advanced level.
